What is collected

If you subscribe: your email address. If you become a member: your name, email address and the payment details handled by the payment provider, who shares only a receipt with me. If you write in: whatever you put in the message.

What is never collected

There is no analytics script, no advertising cookie, no open or click tracking in the letter, and no font or script loaded from anyone else’s server.

How it is used

To send the letter, to give members access to what they pay for, and to reply to you. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing.

How long it is kept

A subscription ends the moment you unsubscribe, and the address is deleted within 30 days. Payment records are kept for six years because tax law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
